Market Experts

There is no substitute for experience in property management. We have seen every type of market over our 25 year history and proactively adjust and adapt to current conditions.  Many companies can look good in a strong market,  but it’s the down markets where the best companies continue to deliver.

Marketing

We have innovative marketing efforts with a syndication of over 20 websites getting our properties maximum exposure. In current market conditions, properties that show well and are priced correctly are typically renting within 1 weeks time.

Maintenance

We do not use in house maintenance as we feel this places a conflict of interest. All of our vendors are trusted sources independent of Hometrend. Honesty and competetive pricing is a must and we ensure our vendors meet the highest of these standards.

Why we are different

There are 2 key differences that seperate Hometrend from the rest. The first is our geographical strategy. We will only take on new properties that fit in our strategic geographical area which include Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Apache Junction and Ahwatukee. The closer the properties are to our office, the better job we can do and at a better rate. This results in a more efficient ability to show property at any time, significantly speeding up the renting process which makes our clients more money. Inspections and routine drive-bys are also more frequent as a result of close proximity.

The second key is our business model. When you hire Hometrend to care for your investment, you will be dealing directly with the owners. Your property will never be handed off to a hired manager. This practice gives us a huge edge over our competition, as most owners are overseeing their business, but not actively managing for their clients. As the owners, we have an unwavering dedication to the overall success of the business and complete satisfaction of our clients.
